  1. I highly recommend "The Company of Wolves" which is one of the most nominated '84 films on my ballot, winning Best Makeup & Hair, while also nominated Best Picture, Director, and Adapted Screenplay (losing to "Once Upon a Time in America".
For your 1983 ballot, I recommend "L'Argent", "Born in Flames", "Nostalgia", and "Sans Soleil". "Liquid Sky" is my 1983 winner as it was the highest grossing indie film of that year, but it's IMDb date is 1982, which I know you go by, so I recommend it for that year.

    1. Hi! I tried looking at your awards but your blog showed up as empty? Anywhere I can find them? Lol

    2. My ballots are on my Letterboxd account (incomplete). I don't have a blog, but I'd like to make one. Any pointers on how to do that?

    3. Thanks for the recommendations, Charlie. I haven't really been in the mood to "complete" more ballots, so I'm just going to start posting my ballots without watching much else. I'll update 1983 and 1984 when I eventually see those films, though.
